Proportional / Servo Valve Test System
The Rota Proportional / Servo Valve Test Bench, developed by Rota Teknik, is designed for verifying new valve designs, conducting performance tests, detecting faults, performing post-repair tests and reporting on existing valves. The bench collects and records all necessary information for reporting using flow and pressure sensors and data acquisition hardware and software. The variable-speed pump generates the required flow rate, ensuring high-efficiency testing. Sensitive filters carefully maintain oil cleanliness.
Automatic Test
Rota Teknik's user-friendly interface displays servo valve static and dynamic parameters as graphics and reports. After connecting the servo valve to be tested to the bench, the system automatically performs and reports the following tests: • Nominal flow rate up to 40 L/min • Zero flow (leakage) • Hysteresis • Resolution • Threshold • Pressure gain • Average flow gain • Valve zero setting
